Data we process
Data voluntarily submitted through the form, such as name, company or professional activity, role or profession, email, phone, city, state or region, website or professional profile, interest, timeframe and reason for contact. On submission, the server also creates a technical origin record with date and time, site and language, origin page, IP, referrer, UTM parameters when present, browser, device type and approximate location only when the hosting or CDN already provides it.
Purposes
Respond to requests, prepare an initial assessment, contextualize service, protect the form against abuse and spam, maintain minimum contact traceability and meet applicable obligations.
Location and external services
GBPExpert does not request precise browser geolocation and does not send the visitor’s IP to an external geolocation service. Approximate city, region or country is recorded only when already provided by the hosting or CDN infrastructure.
WhatsApp and email
When the visitor chooses WhatsApp, the completed data may be recorded on the server to preserve the technical origin of the contact and are sent to WhatsApp only after the user opens and confirms the action in the app. Processing by WhatsApp/Meta follows that platform’s terms. Email uses the hosting server infrastructure.
Cookies and session
The contact page may create a strictly necessary session cookie for CSRF protection, protected email-channel reveal and repeated-submission control. This version does not include Google Analytics, behavioral advertising or social-media pixels.
Retention and sharing
Technical origin records are retained for up to 180 days, except when a legitimate security need, exercise of rights or applicable obligation requires otherwise. Contact data may be retained for the time needed to respond, prepare a proposal, maintain a contractual relationship or meet an obligation. We do not sell personal data. Technical providers required for the website, email and WhatsApp may process them.
Data-subject rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion when applicable and information about processing through the website contact page. Requests may require identity verification.
