How we assess it
The team checks source, context, date and impact. Interface changes without conceptual impact may receive a simple editorial update; material errors receive priority correction.
Record
Material corrections may be indicated on the page or in a future editorial history. Spelling and clarity improvements may be made without an individual notice.
Disagreement
Not every difference in interpretation is an error. When uncertainty or variable availability exists, the content should state the limitation rather than present artificial certainty.
